From Intern to Full-Time: Soon Yee's Journey at Fabrica AI

Soon Yee meticulously fine-tunes the printed circuit board amidst a busy workshop setting.

We're excited to announce that Soon Yee, one of our talented interns, has been featured in SGInnovate's article, "Getting Hands-On in a Hardware Startup"!

The article delves into Soon Yee's enriching experience at Fabrica AI. During his three-month internship, Soon Yee wasn't just learning the ropes – he was contributing to real-world projects and gaining valuable hands-on skills in the dynamic hardware industry.

As part of a team of three interns, Soon Yee tackled the challenge of identifying improvements for version four of our company's grouting robot. By collaborating with colleagues and seeking guidance from external consultants, he was able to develop a fresh approach to problem-solving.

This success story is a testament to our partnership with SGInnovate, a valued partner who enabled us to hire and nurture promising interns like Soon Yee. This collaboration empowers the next generation of talent while driving innovation in AI and robotics.
